The bill (Reg. No. 1056) regulates relations arising in the result of returning into state ownership enterprises that were privatized according to the law or that are in the private ownership of physical and/or legal persons and pertain to strategic branches of economy.
During the discussion, Committee members focused attention of the conclusions by the Central Scientific Experts Office of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Secretariat that recommends reject the bill following the results of consideration of the bill in the first reading.
Experts believe that provisions of the bill do not correspond to the Constitution of Ukraine.
